Return Policy

We offer a 14-day Return Policy, which means you must request the return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for return, item must be unworn and unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging (if applicable). As a Specialty Boutique, we take care to ensure all items are shipped out in perfect condition. As such, stained or damaged items are not eligible for return.

DO NOT send back items without an Approved Return Authorization from Small World Kids. It will not be accepted.

To start a return, you must first email us at Info@SmallWorldKidsOnline.com with the words Return Request in the Subject Line. Please include your name, date of purchase and the SKU and description of the item you wish to return along with the reason for the return.

Once approved, you will receive a return label from us to ship the item back. Once the item is received, you will receive a Store Credit for the amount you paid for the item minus the Shipping and Handling fees. Your Store Credit never expires and can be used in-store or online.

You are responsible for the item being shipped to us.

Please Note: All Christening, Communion, Flower Girl and Ring Bearer items, Great Deals sale items, Christmas items, personalized items, gift cards and any items which are noted as Not returnable are not eligible for Return.
